Financial Considerations

At Parenthood Options, we realize most intended parents have invested a lot of time, money and emotion before turning to surrogacy. We are committed to helping where we can and offer an affordable alternative to the larger agencies while offering the same or often superior service, commitment and confidentiality. Our agency fee is $12,000 for parents residing inside the US. For our International parents, there is a surcharge of $2,000. You will not incur extra charges for escrow holding, surrogate support, per check fees etc. If you have already selected a surrogate and would like the additional support, administrative services and coordination of an agency, our fee for this service is $4,000. We do accept Visa and Mastercard for payment of the agency fee.*

Fees quoted also do not include Parenthood Options agency fee or International client fee. Fees quoted reflect the costs you will probably incur whether you chose to utilize and agency or go the independent route.
Fees quoted above do not include the medical fees involved with IVF. Those fees vary greatly based the  reproductive endocrinologist that you chose and are payable directly to that clinic.

*Surrogate compensation cannot be paid by credit card. If paying the agency fee by Visa or Mastercard, please add 2.5% to the total agency fee(s). This is the fee incurred by us by the credit card company.
**Health Insurance must not specifically exclude surrogate pregnancies. If surrogate does not have an acceptable policy, one must be obtained for her.
***Legal fees are an estimate and will vary based on who you chose as your attorney and are payable directly to the attorney(s). Fee quoted reflects cost of drafting the contract, payment for the surrogates attorney to review the contract. They do not include the fee's involved in filing the pre-birth order.
****This is a best case scenario estimate using a first time surrogate. Situations may arise where extras costs are involved such as in the case of bedrest, multiple pregnancy, invasive procedures, Caesarian sections or
lost wages.
