Throughout the years, we have seen other agencies take a catch all approach to matching surrogates to parents and believe we can improve on this. Some surrogacy arrangements go off fairly uncomplicated. It does not mean that they were a good experience or a bad but more mediocre than anything else. Sometimes we see parents and surrogates matched according to availability and not personality. This can result in conflicts and misunderstandings during the pregnancy. A situation like that can put strain on the surrogate and the parents but more importantly, it can put stress on the baby. We pride ourselves in taking a different approach and encourage our surrogates and our parents to get to know each other before agreeing to work together. We understand that this can take some time but it is well worth it to have an incredible, trust filled journey together where the surrogate and the parent are the perfect match. We are here to ensure that if you want to get to know your surrogate or parent, that you are offered that opportunity. We know there are many different surrogacy agencies out there and we may not be the best one for you. Take your time when choosing an agency, just like you would when deciding what surrogate/parents to work with. Each agency tends to have their own style of doing things and if your style is not the same of the agency that you choose to work with, odds are good you will run into a few bumps along the way.
